Maintenance FAQs & Conditions
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. If terminated early, the Client may receive a prorated refund minus any services already performed.
AVIV is not liable for damage or loss caused by misuse, preexisting mechanical, installation, or cosmetic damages, acts of nature, third-party servicing, or pre-existing appliance issues. AVIV’s liability under this Agreement is limited to the amount paid by the Client.
This document contains the full agreement between the Client and AVIV. Any changes must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
This Agreement does not cover:
- Cosmetic or non-functional damage
- Parts and labor for repairs (unless otherwise specified)
- Appliances that are improperly installed or maintained by unauthorized service providers
- Appliances deemed unsafe or inoperable due to age or condition
